New Texas regulations now measure total THC, including THCa. This effectively bans raw h**p materials such as loose flower and pre-rolled flower. In addition to this ban, specific labeling requirements have been mandated for packaged goods such as chews and beverages.

Due to these new regulations that go into effect on March 31, 2026, a large portion of products we offer must be gone before the end of the month. We will be looking for new, compliant products to replace the ones we are losing.

If you rely on these products, we recommend coming by to stock up. We know that there are many organizations and businesses fighting the good fight to keep raw h**p materials available, but at this time, we are not sure if this will turn around.

🚭 It's that time of year again! Say No November is all about celebrating your success in switching to va**ng, helping other smokers do the same, and highlighting how flavors matter for adults. Stop by to learn more about our campaign and to share your story about how va**ng helped you!
We'll keep this post pinned to our Liberty page for the month but our main page, Max and Zach's V***r Shop, is our active page. Go give it a like and follow! . .

Every November, we celebrate your success in putting ci******es down for good and reach out to our community to help other people do the same. Say 'No' to ci******es. Say 'No' to a flavor ban. Say 'No' to minors.
