Lots of new items have been added to our shop! We have added 3 antique Russian Samovars, a circa 1890 Chinese carved dragon chair with inlaid bone eyes. Several interesting portrait oil paintings by various artists. A music box with a chirping bird in a cage from the 1920’s. Beautiful large dessert or shrimp cocktail compotes with enameled roses. A collection of Rothschild bird china by Herend and numerous other items! Stop in and see what our 15 dealers have to offer! We are located at 110 East Main Street in Beautiful Ligonier Pa! Closed Monday and Tuesday open all other days 11-5. 😊

Our trip to Sicily was stunning and fortunately we went before Etna exploded and the wild fires started! Our temps were perfect and the food could not have been any better! The first two days set the mood for the entire trip on our first day touring we went to the Palatine Chapel that was finished in 1125! The ceiling was carved by Arab workers and was put together like a giant jigsaw puzzle and was 8 feet deep. The magnificent mosaics were done by Byzantine Greeks brought in specifically for the job. All religions worshiped in this particular church it was built during what was considered to be the golden age of Palermo. The very next day we were standing in front of a temple that was built by Greek refugees from the fall of Troy! Rather hard to fathom the history right in front of our eyes! The new trip for 2028 is already decided look for that information in my next post. we hope you can join us on our next venture! Jeff
