People asking for a refund for custom made products is wild to me. You send us different logos, AI artwork, change your mind several times but then something happens and you ask for your money back after we’ve spent hours getting your order ready.

The thing is when you place an order. We have to pay the manufacture right away. That starts a time line.

Here is a bigger question. We want paid for our time, so what is that worth?

Amazing that customers think they deserve refunds when they are the cause of the delays but then feel we shouldn’t charge for our time.

99.99% of our customers understand the process. We have no issues accepting responsibility if we’ve made a mistake but if it’s self inflicted by you.

Expect delays and it will be store credit NOT cash back AND we will be paid for our time!!!
