📍 New location for 2026: Because of construction at D River Wayside, this year’s festival will be held at Chinook Winds Casino Resort.

The Fall Kite Festival returns to Lincoln City for a colorful weekend of giant kites, flying demonstrations, kite making, and family fun. Due to construction at the D River Wayside, this year’s festival will temporarily take place at Chinook Winds Casino Resort.

UPDATE’Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival date has been changed to June 27–28, 2026 and it’s one of the most colorful weekends on the Oregon Coast!

Also important (big change!)
• The festival is NOT at D River this year
• It’s temporarily at Chinook Winds Casino Resort due to construction of the new Welcome Center
