is expected to approve
Form 4's within 90 days.
eForms is Live
The ATF has officially launched the new eForms! While the paint dries on the new and improved ATF eForms platform, we ask that everyone wait 24 hours to allow the system to scale to support mass traffic. Starting tomorrow morning, these are the following steps you should take:
Do you already have an ATF eForms account?
If you do:
Per the ATF, you will need to reset the password on your existing eForms account. With your new password, log in to your existing ATF eForms account and make sure your full name and email on this account are identical to the information on your silencershop.com account.
If you don’t:
If you haven’t already, create your ATF eForms account here. Make sure your full name and email on this account are identical to the information on your silencershop.com account.

Have a pending application to the ATF?
During the launch phase of this new program, you’ll be contacted by your local Powered By Silencer Shop dealer in approximately two weeks to mutually certify your eForm 4. Please have your ATF eForms username and PIN handy when you two connect.
