Crockpot chicken Alfredo! 🫕
Recipe :
Ingredients
• 1lb chicken breast
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 4 Tosp unsalted butter
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 21/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup chicken broth
• ¾ cup parmesan cheese
• 8 oz penne pasta, uncooked
Directions
1. Add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cubed butter, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chicken broth, heavy cream, pasta, and parmesan cheese all at once to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
2. Cook on high for about 1 hour, stirring every
15-20 minutes to help everything melt together and keep the pasta from sticking, until the sauce is creamy and the pasta is tender.
3. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped greens before serving.
