Last in this pink Valentine's set is this gorgeous hibiscus rose tea! Not only is it good on it's own, but it's incredible mixed a bit of sweetener and added to sparkling water or club soda for a fun mocktail. Or, add sugar to create a simple syrup and use that to make Italian sodas! The possibilities are endless but it's always a good idea to have a special drink prepared for a special evening.
This floral tea contains only dried hibiscus flower and dried rose buds and petals. Very simple but very flavorful, potent, and only $8! The pouch is plenty for a strong brewed pot, or can be portioned into individual cups. 1tbsp for 2 cups water. Boil water, add flowers, simmer for about ten minutes or until desired potency! Strain, serve, and enjoy!
Italian soda recipe:
ā€¢Make tea (see above)
ā€¢Strain, add tea to sauce pot along with sugar (usual ratio for simple syrup is 1:1 water to sugar but feel free to play around with sweetness)
ā€¢Boil until reduces by almost half and starts to become slightly thickened like syrup
ā€¢Let cool
ā€¢Once cooled, add 2 tbsp to the bottom of a tall glass
ā€¢Add generous amount of ice
ā€¢Fill almost to the top with club soda (leave at least two to three inches from the top)
ā€¢Add a splash or two of cream, half n half, or coconut cream
ā€¢Serve as is for beautiful look, before drinking, mix all together

Third on the list in our Valentine's collection is this bath and foot soak! These quality salts mixed with beautiful rose petals not only will help relax tired muscles but they also look so beautiful floating in a tub or foot bath! This product is great to use before a big date, during, or after. Pamper yourself or your loved one with some true TLC, you deserve it!

Ingredients: Pink Sherpa himalayan salt, magnesium sulfate, rose petals
Add to warm bath or foot bath and let dissolve. Soak for at least ten minutes. Many prefer a rinse after to remove any excess salt. Pat skin dry and follow up with any body oil if preferred.

Second in our Valentine's collection is this rose face oil! These luxurious oils combined with beautiful rose petals are a perfect gift whether it be for yourself or for a loved one! With low scores on the comedogenic scale, these oils do not clog pores. Grapeseed oil absorbs quickly, allowing the skin to reap the benefits almost immediately, while the avocado oil is slower to absorb, keeping your skin moisturized for the day. This is also great to apply right before bed if you don't like the feel of oil on the skin.

Ingredients: avocado oil, grapeseed oil, rose petals
Apply a few drops to either hands or directly to face. Gentle massage into skin. Bring the oil down the neck for added benefits. To avoid that "oily" feeling, only apply 3-4 drops at a time and gently work into skin. Working in sections this way will ensure you don't get that greasy feelšŸ˜‰

Home dried ginger from start to finishšŸ˜ These will be used in some new tea blends we're testing out over here! It's great to be able to make it myself because I know it's organic, properly dried, and more flavorful without any shelf stabilizers.
It's a lot of work to do things myself because of all things that go into something as simple as this. And that's why handmade is more expensive than store bought. Between the washing, cutting, drying, cleaning then creating, testing, retesting, packaging, pictures, selling and shipping. It's a lot. But I love it. Because this means I know I am serving you products I stand by, with good ingredients, made with love!

Another day, another day of painting! These were bath paints made from baby-safe liquid soap, cornstarch, and food safe colorant! It did stain the skin but not the tub. It was a lot of fun and we will definitely be doing this again!
