Remember to register for our new block of the month starting January 2027. We are doing Love Letters by Dawn Hease. The fabrics are from Marcus fabrics and are so beautiful and romantic. Dawn was inspired by a package of letters she found by a French soldier. Excerpts from these letters are included in the pattern. Registration is $40 and the monthly kit cost is $35. We had our second class on crocheting on double lush velvet fabric yesterday. Thank you Sally Fried for teaching us how to finish off this beautiful fabric. We have new Winnie the Pooh and Berry & Sage Floral double lush in stock. (In case you’re wondering, the ladies practiced on Giants fleece before diving into the double lush velvet.)

What a fun night we had making trick-or-treat bags at our My Grown-Up and Me Class. I even got to participate with my granddaughter. Thank you Marcie and Donna for making this fun night happen.

Check out this new fabric line from Riley Blake: Cath Kidston’s Signature Collection! Cath is an English fashion designer who sells home furnishings and decor. She is known for her nostalgic floral patterns. She has entered the fabric world, and we are so happy she did!

New class added for next week! Many of you have asked for a crochet class for the double lush fabric. We are able to fit it in, due to a cancellation of another class. Sally Fried will be our expert crochet teacher once again! We have Christmas double lush, as well as baby, fall, woods, and floral. Register online at sewkatiejean.com. Cost is $30. Class is from 10-1, but you can stay for an open Sew Day until 4 pm as a bonus!
