💐 A little Homecoming update…

I’ve already started getting messages about Homecoming flowers, and it’s hard for me to say I can’t do them because I truly love making bouquets and boutonnières for our high schoolers! ❤️

🫣Unfortunately, I won’t be taking Homecoming orders this year. I’ve committed to several other events around that time, and I just won’t have the time needed to give all those Homecoming bouquets and boutonnières the attention they deserve.

💝I’m so thankful that you think of me for these special moments, and I hate missing out on seeing all those beautiful dresses and getting to create flowers to match! 💐

🥶 I have a “new to me” floral fridge for customer pick up. This one allows me to put more arrangements out at a time where you guys can conveniently just grab and go. 💐 💨
Also, if you don’t use Eagle Pharmacy, you should try them. They have always been so good to our family. (John gave me a great deal on the fridge. It just needed a little repair and now it’s fabulous!)

💐 If you’ve been thinking flowers…NOW is the best time to order for pick up today through Wednesday.
💍 I always over order for weddings because you never know what quality you’re going to get or if you will even get what you ordered. Now I have some big, beautiful blooms left to go along with my gorgeous fresh grown blooms. 🌹
🌷 These blooms are available in my $25 and up bouquet sizes. They are too big and costly per stem for under that size. PM me to order.

😍I love the transition from summer to fall in this one going out today! 🌸🍂 The bright, happy summer colors mixed with those richer fall tones are just so good together.🥰

And can we talk about that Mahogany Splendor?! 😍 Zoom in on those gorgeous leaves. Look at the deep burgundy color and incredible texture that adds so much depth to this arrangement.🤩

🤩 Fun story on these flowers today. 💐 A son and daughter-in-law messaged me to order flowers for their Mother for her birthday a little while back. They said she really enjoys seeing my arrangements and would love to have one. Great! 🙌🏼
🤔 Not long after that, the mother messaged that she wanted flowers for herself. ☺️ I was booked thankfully so I didn’t have to fib but it sure made surprising her with these today even more enjoyable. 🥳
💗The grown up kids were listening and took care of their precious Mom on her special day. I love getting to play a small role in these sweet occasions. 🥰

😃 This! This is exactly why I started doing flowers. 💐

🫙 💐A sweet customer recently ordered this arrangement for herself. When she told me she loved having them in her home and wanted to start ordering flowers every month because they make her happy, it made my heart so happy, too.🥰

‼️ Because this was always part of my goal.

🤩 I wanted to create beautiful, affordable arrangements at a price point where women could buy flowers for a friend, a teacher, a neighbor, someone who needs a little encouragement or simply for themselves without worrying about the budget or feeling guilty about spending the money.

💐Flowers don’t have to be saved for a special occasion. Sometimes the special occasion is simply that they make you smile when you walk through your home. 🌸

💕So here’s your little reminder: you’re allowed to buy yourself the flowers. ☺️

⭐️ One of the biggest bonuses of being a cut flower farmer isn’t just the flowers… it’s the people you meet along the way. 🌸

☺️I want y’all to meet one of my new friends, Mr. Murray LaHue.

Murray is a retired Major in the U.S. Air Force, and at the young age of 92, he still spends his days sharing kindness and encouragement with the people around him. Those are two of the traits I admire most in others, and Murray has certainly extended both of them to me. 🥰

🫙 He happens to provide me with the majority of the jars I use for my little “kid-hand-friendly” vases. 🌼

☕️ You see, Murray loves him some Starbucks Frappuccinos… and thankfully for me, he saves those bottles instead of throwing them away! I get reusable little vases, and he gets to enjoy his Frappuccino. Sounds like a pretty great partnership to me! ☕️🌷

💐 I love that something as simple as a flower jar can carry a little bit of a friendship with it. Flowers may be what I grow, but the relationships are one of the sweetest things this little business has grown for me. 🌱❤️

💗A little bright love for some special school counselors. Anyone in education has a special place in my heart so I was thrilled to make these little pretties for a parent who wanted to thank them. 🤩
I’ve been a bit quiet lately on here because these dog days of summer are ROUGH on the flowers and this old gal. 🥵 I have new babies planted to bring in the August blooms, though. I’m looking forward to that. 😀
