I'm setup at the Ridge Ferry Farmers Market!! It's so nice out here with the low humidity. There are lots of produce, sweets, nuts, canning items, honey, jewelry, and of course, my banana pecan bread. Come on down dawlin!! ⚜️⚜️⚜️💜💚💛⚜️⚜️⚜️

Update: I won't be having zucchini pie bc of technical difficulties.

I'll be at the market tomorrow with my banana pecan bread and my zucchini pie. The zucchini pie is similar to a quiche. Come early, because they both sell out fast. The pies are about 8-9 inches across, made with cheddar cheese, freshly grated parmesan, eggs, onions, seasonings, zucchini of course, and more. I'll have samples of the pie. Today was opening day at the RIDGE FERRY FARMERS MARKET. We had 29 vendors, and quite a few weren't even there. Thanks to those of you who came out. We hope to see you next Saturday or this coming Wednesday. The market is in Rome, GA at the Ridge Ferry Park.

Have you ever wanted to make authentic New Orleans Gumbo, but you've heard how long it takes? There is all that chopping of the vegetables, and don't forget about making a roux. Or, perhaps you know how to make it but dont have all day to do it? Well dawlin, just call me your Gumbo fairy godmother!! The attached picture is of Gumbo made with my mix. It comes with the roux already done and all the veggies included. You just have to add the meat!! Yeah, I know it's crazy. The mix picture is of my small Gumbo mix, which sells for $11. All the vegetables plump up and it looks like you made it homemade. To be honest, I don't make it homemade anymore, it's that easy. Also, I'm a New Orleans native! My mixes and gourmet sweets will be sold at the Ridge Ferry Farmers Market, in beautiful Rome, GA. Opening day June 1st and every Wednesfay and Sunday from 7-11 all summer long.
