Finished up the quilting on this sweet quilt from a client. I love the scrappy hearts! She has been working through her stash of fabric and also pieced the back. We chose a nice modern take on an orange peel pattern for the quilting. All in all it has come together beautifully!

Beautiful quilt from a client. I love the color combinations she chose. I also love a quilt that has a secondary pattern when you combine two blocks like this quilt. We talked through what quilting she would like. She wanted flowers with out any swirls. I think this quilting pattern is lovely!

Finished the quilting on this beautiful quilt for a client. I love a scrappy background on a quilt and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint. We chose a modern wave pattern and I love this pattern on patriot style quilts. It adds a lovely texture. Hopefully my client is happy.

After a week away from quilting, I finished this darling quilt for a client. She told me she had started it years ago, in fact some of the background fabric is a white on white that has the year 2000. So needless to say it was wonderful to quilt it for her so it can finally be finished!! We chose a lovely all over pattern that gives the quilt a wonderful texture. It has a timeless feel and I hope she loves this quilt for years to come.

Finished up two lovely quilts that are almost identical, for a client. They have a fun scrappy pink and blue pattern. We chose a light blue thread and a fun looping pattern that adds a wonderful texture to the quilts.

Another fishing motif quilt! I think this is the third in just a few weeks. This client created this one from a panel, it’s a very nice look. We chose to use the wave pattern again for this one. I think it’s a nice look, especially when the age of person receiving the quilt is older. It’s a nice modern look without a novelty feel. We also chose a neutral colored thread. It came together beautifully.

This quilt from a client is made from the all Michigan shop hop fabric. Both the top and the backing are cuddle fabric. This fabric makes a super soft quilt. We chose a modern wave pattern that pays with the water feel on the front.

Quilted the sweet quilt for a client. It has a darling fishing motif. The quilting pattern is a nice modern wave pattern. We also chose a soft sage colored thread. I think it all comes together nicely.

Finished up another scrappy quilt. I love the randomness of scrappy quilts. These last two will probably be donated to a local charity that helps mothers in need.
