Hi ya all Mag here from Mags deals wanting to reach out and get some feedback from our followers. As you may have noticed from the lack of posts that we haven't been doing pallet sales much and the reason is there is so much of that in the area and to get the really good new stuff it is approx a 12 hour trip and with gas prices that just isn't feasible for the everyday sales . Occasionally we may take a road trip when we see something that ya all may really like and just do the bigger stuff like all the grills we had when the weather turned warm. We appreciate u all for shopping with us. On to our new idea and hopefully something you all will let us know your opinion on. We started mags deals to help people afford the things they need at a cheaper price. We would like to continue that idea but on a different side of things more like a farmers market. Currently the folks in Litchfield have limited options for fresh produce. For a farmers market on a regular basis you would need to travel to hillsboro or carlinville and not everyone has the opportunity to do so. The other day in Walmart I over heard and elderly woman talking on the phone saying she had to buy great value soup even though she didn't like it but she guessed she would learn to like it vs going hungry because it was half the cost of name brand. That truly hurts my heart . That is so sad that someone has to do with out or learn to eat something they don't like because they can't afford good fresh food because the prices of all things have just skyrocketed. I have been in the food service business my entire life. In high school I was star agribusiness man of the year in ffa for farmers market roadside stand and that brought me so much joy. If we set up.a farmers market stand in front of the house would ya all be interested. I am talking quality products for as reasonable as I can find. We already have the business license we might as well put it to use and buy wholesale and get you deals like peaches , corn, tomatoes zucchini ,melons fresh food cheaper than the store . No bu****it ! if it's grown here I will tell u that ! if it's southeast mo peaches. I will tell you that . If its amish tomatoes or Arkansas tomatoes You will know where it came from and if it's organic or not. And not cost a fortune . It will be the best deal I can find . And anyone who know me knows i a bargin shopper. What are your thoughts ? Feelings? Options? And if we tried this new business venture would you support us?
