We have some difficult news to share…
After a lot of conversations, a lot of thought, and looking at what is best for our family moving forward…
We are so sorry to inform you that today will be our last day of business.
It wasn’t an easy decision.
But we knew this day would eventually come.
…FOR TUESDAYS.
SO CALM DOWN, KAREN.
WE’RE NOT CLOSING.
(No celebration … yet! 😂)
But Tuesday Cruise Days are officially cruising off into the sunset. 🚤✌️
So come say “goodbye” to the Tuesday Crew TONIGHT!!! ❤️🍻
Give ’em one last Tuesday to remember before we officially reclaim a day of our lives.
When we started this wild adventure, Eric and I made one promise: we would never allow the restaurants to negatively impact our family.
And the truth is…
We’re tired.
Like… TIRED tired.
Opening Worton has been incredibly rewarding, and the response to BOTH restaurants has been more than we ever could have imagined.
And we are so damn thankful. ❤️
But we’re stretched thin.
We miss our family.
Our yard currently looks like the beginning of a Dateline episode.
And Finn has reportedly contacted social services regarding what he describes as “an unacceptable decline in belly rubs, snacks and general maternal attention.” 🐶
Apparently there’s an investigation pending.
So… we’re pulling back.
Just a little.
No more Tuesdays at the View at Skipjack Cove.
And really, we’re not taking anything away.
We’re simply limiting your options.
And sometimes that’s a beautiful thing.
Can’t decide between Monday and Tuesday?
Problem solved.
Monday = WINGS. 🍗
Wednesday = WE’RE ALWAYS CLOSED.
Thursday = OYSTERS. 🦪
And Tuesday?
Tuesday belongs to our family, our dogs, our severely neglected yard… and possibly a lawn mower if we can remember how to start it.
We love you all.
We appreciate you more than you know.
And thank you for keeping us so ridiculously busy that we finally had to put ourselves back on the schedule. ❤️
