Hello Vendors,
First and foremost, thank you so very much for being part of the 2026 Little Falls Arts & Crafts Fair! We are incredibly grateful that you have chosen to spend your weekend with us, and we are so excited to welcome you to Little Falls!
We know many of you are watching tonight’s weather forecast closely — and so are we.
Unfortunately, weather is one thing we simply cannot control or predict, but please know that our team is actively working through the logistics and exploring every option available to us to make tonight’s setup as safe and manageable as possible.
The Little Falls Arts & Crafts Fair is a rain-or-shine event and will take place regardless of the weather. The good news is that tomorrow’s forecast is looking much better — sunny and beautiful, which sounds like a pretty perfect day for shopping!
PLEASE NOTE: 5:30 PM SETUP TIME
At this time, our event permit does not allow vendor setup in the permitted street areas prior to 5:30 p.m. tonight.
This means vendors may not begin setting up early, unless your booth is located in one of the designated green areas or on an approved private property/lot.
However, once 5:30 p.m. arrives, you may set up at any time throughout the evening or overnight. There is no requirement that you begin setup immediately at 5:30 p.m. If you would prefer to wait for the weather to improve and arrive later — even if that means setting up at 10:00 p.m., midnight, or 1:00 a.m. — you are absolutely welcome to do so.
We completely understand the desire to get ahead of the weather, and we truly appreciate how eager everyone is to get settled and ready for the weekend. We are currently exploring whether an earlier setup may be possible; however, that can only happen if we receive official permission to do so.
Until you receive an official update directly from the Chamber, please continue to plan for no setup before 5:30 p.m.
Following these requirements is extremely important. Failure to comply with the conditions of our permit can result in fines and could jeopardize our ability to hold the Arts & Crafts Fair.
Please also remember that the setup timeline is coordinated around many moving pieces, including road closures, barricades, volunteers, traffic management, public safety, and access throughout the Fair area. Our team is working diligently to coordinate all of those pieces while keeping vendors, volunteers, businesses, residents, and visitors as safe as possible.
We know this weather adds another layer of stress to an already busy setup day, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding.
We are doing everything within our ability to find the best solution while still following the requirements that allow us to put on this wonderful event.
