We’ve got a new shipment of Tillandsia, commonly known as air plants. They are epiphytic plants in the bromeliad family that absorb water and nutrients from the air through specialized leaf scales (trichomes) rather than soil. Native to the Americas, they grow on trees, rocks, or other surfaces, using roots for anchoring, not absorption. Care involves bright, indirect light, good air circulation, and regular watering (soaking or misting), allowing them to dry completely afterward to prevent rot.

Following the January 25th snow and ice storm in Little Rock, the roof of our main building collapsed, forcing us to relocate operations to our greenhouse and smaller footprint. We are finally at the point of being able reopen our store. We would like to express our gratitude to our loyal customers who have supported us through the mess and rebuild process by offering a 30% discount on all plants through Sunday, June 7th.

It will still take some time to get everything pulled together but, come on by and see the progress that we have made so far. We would also like to thank the kids from Access School for the art work on our front wall.
