This is an 8.5ftx35ft tiny home on wheels that is RVIA certified and SO cute!

One bedroom, one bathroom and a sleeper couch (with storage!) in the living area.

Upgrades on this unit style included in the price: black window frames and door and convection microwave.

Included in all our tiny homes: mini split AC, induction cooktop, fridge, furniture (not including linens and small decor items).

This one’s for the grandkids! 😊

This was a custom build for a family who wanted enough sleeping space for four grandkids, plus Mom and Dad… and Dad wasn’t giving up his king bed! 😄

Fitting all of that into an 8.5x39 took some careful planning, but we made it work.

The couch also pulls out into a queen bed, so this tiny home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people!

This home was part of a two-tiny-home family vacation setup. They created a large covered outdoor area between the homes for grilling, eating, and spending time together, while the second tiny home gave the grandparents their own private one-bedroom retreat with extra living and dining space.

Such a fun way to keep the whole family together while still giving everyone a little room of their own. 🙌🏻
