🚨factory store now open with regular hours!

It’s official, you can now stop by our chocolate micro factory in Livingston to buy chocolate, smell the smells, and take a tiny tour of our facility.

Whether you need to pick up some choco or simply want to stop by to check out our shiny machines, we welcome you to roll thru! Greg and Ava will be in production mode during these open hours so you’ll get the chance to see them making chocolate. Maybe you’ll catch them in a tempering session or if you’re lucky you’ll see them perfecting the art of hand washing chocolate molds ;) Either way, swing by, you’re in for a treat!

Pit crew or winnowing crew 🏎️

Today’s big Tuesday task is taking roasted cocoa beans and monitoring them as they turn into nibs. We use a combination cracker and winnower which moves cocoa beans from a hopper, cracks them in a modified juicer, then separates the shells from the nibs using air flow from a big shop vac.

It’s all very loud, hence the ear protection 🤪

Ask for one of these cards at the Little Market, in person on Wednesday at the Livingston Farmers Market or at our factory store on Tuesdays and Thursdays :)
