This is one of the most bittersweet posts that I think I’ve ever had to make. We are making the really difficult decision not to renew our lease to our storefront for another year. We have been SO blessed with the sweetest and most loyal customers, a great landlord, the best town square location, and the most incredible town full of people but unfortunately running a store is a huge task and commitment that we weren’t fully prepared for, when combined with our pre-established online business.

It came down to the impossible decision to go all in on the store and stop doing our online sales, or say goodbye to our storefront and rededicate our time to our online customers. Unfortunately we just came to the conclusion, after many late night conversations and prayers, that our online customers and platform that we have built isn’t something that we are willing to sacrifice at the time.

If you have ever shared/liked our posts, stopped in to look around, shopped with us, told someone about us, or even just quietly supported from the sidelines, we want you to know how thankful we are for you. Thank you to all of the small businesses on the square that have answered questions for us, offered advice or loaned supplies along the way. We genuinely are so grateful for you. This town (and even customers from out of town) have really showed up and showed out for us, but sadly we just don’t have the time to give a storefront what it takes with all of the other things we have going on. (I’m sure most of you noticed with our measley 3 days a week we are open 🤣😭)

If you haven’t joined our online group to shop yet, we would love for you to! Our page is Hallie + Hope VIP! We will be doing a giveaway in store soon that anyone who is a member of our online page can be entered into!

With all this being said, we will still have the store open until March 17th. Be on the lookout for tons of good sales!

Hallie + Hope may be closing its literal “doors”, but we have big things planned for the rest of 2024 online, so stay tuned 🤍
