GAPER FEST IS TODAY, JUNE 11! We're meeting at the Pine Creek Pavillion between 5-6 p.m. and riding the George Lake trail. Dan Bailey’s will provide brats, fixings, and we have quite a bit of beer. NEW HIKING REPORT ~ Our local trails are opening up, and spring rains are giving way to emerald hills and amazing wildflower blooms. Words can’t express how happy we are that our own Rick Smith had an amazing trip to England fishing the famous Chalk Streams, including the River Test and River Itchen. As the photos show, the fishing was very good, as was the catching. It's even more special to know that Rick previously fished these waters with his late wife, Minori. We know she'd be proud of you Rick. A special thanks goes out to Mark Bolton and Dan Vermillion of Sweetwater Travel Company for making this trip available for Rick. So very much appreciated, not only by Rick, but all of us at Dan Bailey’s.

When he's not helping customers at the shop, our guy John can usually be found on the water. He recently had some nice fishing on DePuy Spring Creek just south of town.

The Yellowstone spiked over the past few days, but there is still excellent fishing to be had while we wait for the Stone to come back into shape. We have guided days available on the Paradise Valley spring creeks as well as many more options. If you're new to the sport, we also offer fishing lessons.
