For those who are interested Chef Joe will be having his popular chocolate 101 class again at the Alexander Blue House in Livonia MI on Tuesday May 5th from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Also by popular demand it'll be the Hawaiian edition again (and after the class Chef Joe will be selling his creations after the class for your Mother's Day needs)

After a break from last year (due to personal reasons) we are proud to announce that 10% of all sales will be going towards the Fredi The PizzaMan 87 foundation for Autism Awareness Month. Which will include Mother's Day pre-orders and events before Mother's Day.
We are also excited to announce new menu items will be added to the website. Which will include Pate de Fruit (a classic French jelly gummy like confection that just happens to be vegan) and Bean to Bar Chocolate Bars.
The updates will be on the website tomorrow along with this year's seasonal spring flavors.

We are now currently taking preorders for your holiday needs! Also our Winter craveables are now available. Including a new one that Chef Joe has been working on, and it's*drum roll*......Hot Chocolate: A cinnamon infused dark chocolate ganache with a layer of fresh made vanilla marshmallow (made with halal gelatin and egg whites for those you want to know)
Also we will be taking order for new products! That's right, some have been asking what else Chef Joe can do and well here we are!
Bean to Bar Chocolate Bars: $10 per bar (all chocolate bars just happen to be vegan)

Hawaiian Coconut Vanilla Bean white
Pate de Fruit: A classic French confection that is like a cross between a gunmy and jelly candy and just happens to be vegan.

Chef Joe here,

Yesterday's chocolate 101 at Greenmead Historical Park was another successful sold out event. This one was special as we focused on chocolate made in Hawaii. I am very grateful that I can continue and educate people my passion for chocolate. I really appreciate all the kind words and support you all give. Good things will continue one and I will be excited to share more good news in the future.

Hey everyone Chef Joe here.
I'm currently on the beautiful island of Kaua'i and will be at the Kaua'i Chocolate and Coffee festival. I will be here and on the Big Island for a week, but I have plenty of bon bons and bean to bar chocolate bars already made before the trip and you all can still order to get your favorite chocolate creations.
