Stephen King Saturday!

October is the perfect time to pick up something creepy, and we have plenty of Stephen King books waiting on the shelf. From The Dark Tower series to Dolores Claiborne, Sleeping Beauties and more, there is a lot to choose from.

We’re open today from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What is your favorite Stephen King book?

Did you know we take in books for trade credit?

Bring in books we can use and earn credit toward your next purchase. Our used paperbacks are already 40% off the original price, and using trade credit can bring them down to as much as 60% off!

We especially need children’s books right now, including picture books, early readers and chapter books. If you have some your family has outgrown, bring them in and give them a chance to be loved by another young reader.

We’re open today from 1:00 to 8:00 PM!

Did you know all of these books were turned into movies?

If you loved the movie, come check out the book that started it all. We all know the book is usually better anyway!

We’re open today from 12:00 to 7:00 PM. Stop in and see which stories you recognize.

What’s one movie you think was actually better than the book?

Hi, I’m Nick! I’m friends with our owner, Marlene, and I’ll be helping out at the store from time to time. I’ll also be doing our social media and helping plan events, so you’ll be seeing me around here too.

I’m a big fan of thrillers, mysteries and anything a little dark. Here are a few of my favorites that we currently have in the store!

When you stop in, make sure to grab one of our free bookmarks. Have you read any of these?
