Hi everyone 🩷

Quick update on everything. I’ve been really sick lately. It’s held me back from packing orders. I’m still down and out. Hopefully for just a few more days. I’m trying my best to see what I can do to get these few orders outs. Some are mail outs.
ALSO, I still have invoices open and I will need those paid ASAP please. Some are months past due
I’ll be swamped in medical bills soon, so I will have to close out these invoices.
Again, I do apologize and I will get these mail orders out.

Due to the nature of custom orders, and making sure all details are perfect, we will require up to 7 business days Turnaround Time for Any Custom order.
I’ll be bringing back “rushed fee”. Any custom orders needed right after a live or anything else will be charged a RUSH FEE.

In addition, all custom orders will be started AFTER payment is received. Due to changes and non payments we can no longer pre make any custom items.
I’ve had customers not pay or change their minds, and that’s 100% fine.
But with that in mind, I will NOT be rushing orders for that reason as well.

🚨Also, invoices will now be sent no matter what, and payments are due within 24 hours of invoices being sent. If not they will be cancelled!!! 🚨

We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to making you goodies in 2024!!
