Apologies - we're 10,000 times better at making delicious toffee than we are at updating pages. Just want to confirm we can still be found at the Bristol Renaissance Faire - our seventh weekend this year is coming up. Only two left afterwards to buy some toffee and candies in person before the holidays.

Due to the flu hitting our house hard this year, we will not be able to make it to the Oak Brook Infant Welfare Society Mistle Toe Medley today. Our production has also taken a hit and we are behind on orders. We'll be reaching out in the next day or two with a better scope on when the next batch of toffee will be ready.

Pemberton Candies update time!

First off, thank you again to everyone who came out to the Bristol Ren Faire this summer to see us and partake in our fine treats. It was such a beautiful year overall and your support helps keep us going.

That said, we’ve had to make some changes to how we operate in order to keep everything rolling smoothly. We had to say goodbye to the fabulous Christmas in the Woods in Ohio this year - as the trip out there was not getting any easier to juggle for health reasons. That one was hard because it’s a show that we had been doing for a long time. They were the best hosts to us though (and immensely understanding) and we’ll be forever grateful for that.

This holiday season, we looked at how best to get our candy out there while maintaining lower operating costs because really… we don’t want to raise our prices more than we already have this year to cover manufacturing costs. This is what we came up with.

Hi everyone! Sorry we've been so quiet lately, but the Bristol Renaissance Faire is in full swing and we've been busting butt. We still have two more weekends left so if you haven't been out yet - you don't have much time. If you can't make it out, we do have a bunch of shows coming up starting in October and we'll do our best to keep you updated.

For anyone who has made online orders, we've been waiting for the temperature to drop down more before we send anything out. Haven't forgotten about those. Just don't want them arriving as a hot mess.

Hope you are having a lovely summer and happy back-to-school for those celebrating that time of year as well. ;)

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will be at the Spring Festival in Villa Park, Il. Please stop on by if you're interested in some delicious toffee and other candies.

It is also with a heavy heart that we announce that this is our final show at the Odeum after all these years. We've attached a flyer with more information as to what is happening to this iconic venue.

Just as a heads up, due to logistical issues, we could not be downtown for the Christkindl market this year. First off, thank you to everyone who came out last weekend to Christmas in the Woods. Hans and Arlene had a good time being on the circuit again and their help was 100% appreciated as it allowed us to get ready for the Odeum this week.

Speaking of... if you're going to the 38th Annual AUTUMN FESTIVALS, An Arts & Crafts Affair in Villa Park, print this coupon and bring it to the show box office for $1 off one admission.

Please note that a mask mandate is in place at The Odeum because it is an indoor show.

Finally, this is the last time we will have our delicious fudge available this year. We only sell it at the Bristol Ren Faire and The Odeum. Just look for Rose Hill Fudge on your sheets.

As we’re coming to the close of September, we’d like to say thank you to everyone who came out to this year’s Bristol Renaissance Faire. The weather was almost perfect for the entire time (we had a couple of hot days but they were few) and everyone was in an amazing mood to be out. Special thanks to Danny, Aryliss, and Krzysztof for being the best people we could have in the shop this year. We wouldn’t have been able to have such a smooth and amazing year without them.

Salutations Pemberton Family!

After a long stint without shows, we will be returning to the Bristol Renaissance Festival in Kenosha, WI July 10th thru September 6th. We look forward to having a “regular season” filled with our friends and family at one of the best places to be during the summer.
