You may see some ✨pretty similar✨ looking Turkish Towels for sale around town this summer.

Maybe we even provided the inspiration for these (right down to the nearly identical hang tags) -- really, who knows? But as they say, imitation is the highest form of flattery!

To avoid confusion, I've created a quick guide to help you decide! Not all Turkish Towels are created equal, after all.

So if you see these at a street festival or market near you, let it be a timely reminder of where you can get your handmade, beach ready Turkish towel: from Chicagoland's original cozy 1-for-1! 💚

From Holland Michigan to Wheaton to Naperville to North Aurora to Winnetka to Oak Brook, our six week spring market marathon is complete ✅

We started out with winter coats, ended with a downpour, and in between we got our first sunburn, had to dig out the fan, and hold on to our tent for dear life.

(And flipped our wagon last night packing up in the rain, but all of our product somehow survived thanks to a couple amazing passers-by at the mall🙏)

No matter what the weather looked like, you showed up and supported us and hundreds of other small businesses this season during an unpredictable time when we all need it the most.

THANK YOU for shopping small, and for getting hundreds of donation blankets to those who could use a helping hand.

Taking a market break until mid-July but I'll be busy keeping stores stocked, packing online orders, and wasting time on social media.

If you've chatted with us at an event in the past you know we like to say that our donation partners do the real work, and we just get to hang out and sell blankets and beach towels.

Since day one, supporting and uplifting organizations that help *all* people in need has been a non-negotiable for our little blanket business.

Our donation blankets go to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or domestic abuse -- both impact the LGBTQ+ population is at a disproportionately higher rate vs those in heterosexual relationships. It's important that our partners are welcoming and inclusive and we are proud to highlight the work they do on a daily basis -- work that is harder now than ever throughout the country due to current legislation.

It's our wedding month, so just one event on the calendar! Also we have to pay for this wedding, so please come see us at this weekend! We'll be in our usual spot near the north entrance, right by the new Blue Bottle Coffee ☕

One of our favorite events of the year -- 115+ small businesses alongside your favorite big brands in the mall. Free, pet friendly, easy parking, and you can get a jump on Father's Day shopping.

What a way to end the month of May at ! A huge thank you to Winnetka for the warm welcome -- we couldn't have asked for a better first event in your community**
