The Fender Custom Shop 1953 Telecaster is as close to the genuine article as you can get without taking out a second mortgage. The 1953 Telecaster gives you the twang, bite, and vibe of the original — all without an exorbitant investment and endless visits to your luthier. This axe may look over 60 years old, but it sports a supremely playable modern 9.5-inch radius and 6100 frets on its chunky quartersawn U-profile maple neck. The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50's Limited Edition Double Trouble - Vintage Bourbon Burst

The Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble delivers all of the features and performance of our regular Les Paul Standard 50s models but with even more vintage appeal. These limited-run Les Paul models differ from Gibson's standard Les Paul Standard 50s models in two respects. First, the Burstbucker™ 1 and Burstbucker 2 pickups are left uncovered, and each has Double Classic White bobbins and is fitted with the standard Alnico 2 magnets. The second difference is in the finish. The finish colors are “Vintage” variations on their standard nitrocellulose lacquer finishes. Gibson's standard gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finishes represent the finishes on brand-new models from the 1950s, while the full-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer Vintage finishes on the Les Paul Standard 50s Double Trouble models are slightly faded when compared to the standard versions, like the subtly faded light vintage aging that occurs over several years. The burst patterns vary somewhat from guitar to guitar since each is individually hand-sprayed.

The Gibson ES-335 - Ocean Blue

The ES-335’s body is crafted with layered maple/poplar/maple for the top, back, and sides. It is coupled with a solid maple centerblock to create the amazing sustain, warmth, and resonant tone that players crave in a semi-hollowbody instrument. The solid maple center block also helps in controlling the unwanted feedback that often plagues full hollowbody guitars. The mahogany neck has a Rounded C profile that is extremely comfortable and easy to play. It’s not too large or too small, but “just right” for many players. It is capped with a rosewood fretboard with a 12” radius that makes it easy to play chords and bend strings without fretting out, and that is adorned with acrylic dot inlays, and equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets. A Graph Tech nut and Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons help maintain tuning stability, while the nickel-plated ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece anchor the strings solidly at the other end to deliver the outstanding sustain that the ES-335 is famous for. Gibson’s Calibrated T-Type humbucker pickups in the lead (bridge) and rhythm (neck) positions deliver a wide range of tones and further reinforce the ES-335’s exceptional versatility. They are hand-wired to individual volume and tone controls with 500k potentiometers and Orange Drop tone capacitors, along with a three-way pickup selector switch that lets you run either pickup individually or combine them at will in any ratio you desire since each is controlled by a separate volume k**b. The control k**bs are stylish black Top Hats with silver reflectors. A Gibson hardshell case is also included to keep the ES-335 safe and secure when you’re on the way to your next gig.
