To Our Existing Customers - Passwords are no longer required!
To LOGIN you'll use your existing email address. Simply enter the email address associated with your Lombard Hobbies account, and we'll send you a secure 6-digit code to your email to log you into your account on the website.
Your account information, saved addresses, preorders, and order history will be waiting for you once you sign in.
**PreOrders**
If you have a preorder that has recently arrived, you will receive an email with an invoice by Monday, July 27th by 11:00 AM CDT.
If your preorder is an in-store pickup, you will also receive an email, and your items will be ready to be picked up on that date as well.
**Remember that ALL preorders have a maximum 15-day hold period, starting on Monday, July 27th.**
