As if what's going on in our industry with the FDA isn't bad enough.
Biden introduced his funding bill "Build Back Better."
In his infrastructure bill, you'll find crazy mileage tax where, if it goes into place, you, and by "you" I mean every single vehicle in the country, will pay a per-mile tax.
In the funding bill you'll find a ni****ne tax buried in the middle.
See the included chart as an example of what that means.
If you v**e 6mg and buy a 120ml bottle, that would mean an additional $40.03 in taxes on top of the sales tax.
Not only is this absolutely insane and would make it impossible for you, the consumer, to purchase, no manufacturer on the planet would be able to pay this.
This alone would absolutely cripple our entire industry.
Over the last couple of weeks, we said there might be a time where we'd need to call on all of you for help. That time is now.
