Redhead and Rising is located out of London.
A little bit about them:
“Redhead & Rising is really a story about a mom, her daughter and a love for baking that grew together over the years.
Megan has loved baking since she was a little girl, but after having children, baking became more than just something she enjoyed—it became a creative outlet and a little piece of herself in the midst of busy motherhood. Over the years, she began baking for family and friends and eventually for The Buckley’s Food Trailer, owned by her in-laws.
Her daughter, Adelyn, grew up right alongside her in the kitchen, watching, helping, and learning from her mom. Before long, she developed a love for baking all her own. In June 2025, when Adelyn was looking for a job, we started talking about how she could turn something she already loved into something she could share with others. And that’s how Redhead & Rising was born.
Adelyn started making scones, and we quickly realized she had a real talent for them. They were delicious—and finding a really good, homemade scone around our area wasn’t always easy! The Nook Coffee Bar gave her the opportunity to bring her scones into the community, and what started as a way for a teenage girl to have a job quickly became something she genuinely loved.
At the heart of Redhead & Rising, we want our baked goods to feel a little like they came from your neighbor’s kitchen—fresh, homemade, comforting, and made with care. We’re so grateful for every person who has stopped by, tried something we’ve made, told a friend, or simply encouraged us along the way.”
Redhead and Rising bakery started in 2025 but they have been baking since birth!
