During his legal career, he worked for several law firms in medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense, and criminal law. After several years working as an attorney, he and his fiancée moved to Washington State. The fresh start opened a door for Raymond to pursue a new career in real estate. He earned his real estate license and then joined John L. Scott Real Estate, one of the largest local brokerages serving the greater Seattle area. As a realtor, Raymond had the privilege of helping several young families buy their first home while working with sellers to negotiate successful deals, sometimes above the original asking price.
