The skirts are wine bottle covers. The hats are for chickens (yes, real chickens).

This beauty sold but I’ll be working with Tiki King a lot in the future so I hope you like what else I have coming! I have a large pile of pendants that are available for customs if anyone wants anything! Customs are my favorite types of pieces to make 😉

My vintage turquoise psychedelic caftan was heavily inspired by my late grandmother who loved turquoise. I didn’t get a good picture of it, but I wore two pieces of authentic turquoise that I inherited from her alongside a turquoise cuff which I bought to match the one that I believe she was buried in. Mimi wore turquoise every day of her life that I knew her.

I wonder what she would have thought of this chapter. She loved loud fashion. After my grandfather died, she fell in love with the hunger games movies for the outfits. She would have either loved it, or absolutely hated it. Either way, I know she would be incredibly proud of me for expressing myself creatively.

Every time I see turquoise I think of her. It’s why I make so many turquoise items. People have told me I also resemble her, which I didn’t realize until recently.
