Inside Sales Position Open!
Seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quotation Process: Receive inbound requests (RFQs) and prepare accurate estimates.
Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries to clarify requirements and provide price and delivery updates.
Pricing Integrity: Apply established pricing structures while analyzing market conditions and competitor insights to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or sales support—ideally in an industrial environment.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to work on multiple estimates at a time and consistently deliver accurate & timely quotes.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage data and figures with high accuracy.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional interaction with vendors and customers.
Urgency: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid response times are critical to winning business.
