So, funny thing about the finale, I spent a lot of time programming a little jingle with using the sound of fireworks to start it, after it was over, I asked my crew if they noticed and no one did! To say I was let down is an understatement! Lol I hope some others were able to notice it! It was probably just the angle we were sitting but you can hear it clearly on this clip of the whole finale!

What a beautiful weekend!! I want to foremost, thank Vanessa with Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest for organizing this whole event! I spoke with her earlier and planning has already started for next year! Her hardwork and dedication to this event was on full display this weekend and anyone could see the fruits of her labor at any moment!! All the pilots of the balloons did what they do best and I will say, it is something incredible to see! I'll leave the flying to them though!! We want to say thanks to West Boggs Park for providing a beautiful site with plenty of room to enjoy all the activities! To the presenting sponsor, VISIT Daviess County Indiana, thank you for spreading the word and getting the community engaged! To all the sponsors involved, thank you for your talents and treasures! And finally, to the firework sponsors, Loughmiller Machine, Tool, & Design, Murphy Truss, W&W Poured Walls, and the Wagler Pyrotechnics Crew, we closed things out just right with a perfect display of fireworks, plus a little heat!! Thank you to all that came out and supported this amazing event! Until next year 😉

All day fun!! This morning was something to experience! Dont forget, tonight we'll be lighting up the lake with some of your typical fireworks and will be adding in a few extra special effects including the Fireball to close out the event tonight at 10 pm! Thanks again to Loughmiller Machine, Tool, & Design, Murphy Truss, and W&W Poured Walls along with all of the Wagler Pyrotechnics Crew for making the fireworks shine extra bright tonight! We were asked to make it short, sweet, and unforgettable so we crammed a 20 minute show into a 15 minute window for an action packed display! We love Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest and what they mean to so many families!!
