What does it mean to be rich?

For us, it has very little to do with money.

It’s family and children growing up close to nature.
It’s flowers, fresh eggs, and farm animals.
It’s growing things, sharing what we grow at the farmers market, and opening our farm for people to gather and make memories.

It’s the unexpected moments, the little things, and the life we get to build together.

We feel rich in life because this is our life.

What is it really like to be a flower farmer?

It's getting to see flowers every day, chickens wandering around, baby goats that make us stop and smile, and watching the farm become a place where people gather.

But the best part?

Getting to share it all with you.

That is why we love opening the farm for experiences like Dinner in the Dahlias, where we can gather around the table, share a meal, and enjoy an evening surrounded by the flowers we grow.

There’s a lot that goes into growing a flower before it ever makes its way into your hands. 💐

Every seed, early morning, muddy boot, and unpredictable day in the field leads to that one moment when someone chooses to take our flowers home.

And honestly, that never gets old.

A few of the flowers catching our eye around the farm lately. 🌸

Some days you walk through the fields and just keep finding another flower worth stopping for. A new color, a perfect bloom, or a combination you didn't expect.

We’ll be bringing plenty of fresh flowers to Quarry Park in Rocklin this Saturday from 9am–12pm. Come find your favorites and take a little bit of the farm home with you.

And if you love dahlias, we’re also getting closer to Dinner in the Dahlias on September 26th, an evening of seasonal food, live music, and dahlias in full bloom right here at the farm.

A little bit of what’s blooming around the farm right now.

The dahlias are starting to steal the show, and honestly, we’re not complaining. There’s something about this time of year when the fields are full of color and every flower feels like a little surprise.

It’s also why we love this season so much. These are the same flowers that will be surrounding our table for Dinner in the Dahlias this September.
