This is the part of selling vintage books and ephemera no one warned me about: spending 45 minutes researching a $25 book—or, in this case, a coloring book—because I NEED to know when it was published and what generation of kids it originally belonged to. 😂📚

And then spending another 20 minutes staring at the pages thinking:

“But WHY didn’t they color more of it?! It’s SO COOL!”

The book-nerd rabbit holes are real. And apparently, I have absolutely no intention of climbing out of them. 🤓📖

I’m having some fun with appraisals. So if you would like to drop a picture of the cover, title, and copyright page of an old book in your possession. I usually can get roughly close to what it’s valued for on the market… unless another nerdy factors come in to play in which case I’m glutton for punishment.
