Hello & welcome to all our new friends on here! For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Eleni & I’m an elementary school counselor who loves creating classic sun catchers. I love the rainbows so many of our designs cast around the room & the endless amounts of positivity they can spread to yourself or to others!

This week I learned about the phrase toxic positivity, which is basically being too positive to a fault. Being overly positive has the potential to block you from coping with negative emotions & healing from negative experiences. Yes, positivity & looking on the bright side can be good! But it’s also important to realize that it’s okay to not be okay.

No matter what you feel, your feelings are valid!!
