Yayoi Kusama 1929–2026 ⚫️An artist whose work, vision, talent, and sheer tenacity have inspired me for years. 🔴 Through decades of challenges, she continued to create—to keep making the work she loved, on her own terms, with an imagination that seemed to know no limits. Her dots, pumpkins, flowers, mirrors and infinite spaces became unmistakably hers. But beyond the visual language, I’ve always admired the determination behind it all: the decision to keep creating, no matter what. “I fight pain, anxiety, and fear every day, and the only method I have found to relieve my illness is to continue creating art.” ⚪️“Art is my life.” That says so much. Thank you, Yayoi Kusama, for reminding us that a life devoted to making something beautiful, strange, fearless and entirely your own can leave an infinite mark. 🟡Art is life. Love forever. The second photo is me, years ago, having a little fun with my own Kusama-inspired moment. ❤️
