Bandai Spirits recently announced their next Entry Grade Pack - 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (FULL WEAPON SET)

Friends, hello everyone!
They ask me how and from what I make my coasters for models, I will immediately say that I don’t do dioramas because I don’t have enough experience and time for good-quality production (although sometimes thoughts come to me) BUT I think that a job well done must be sewn into any composition this will give the work a finished look, which will make it possible to keep the observer's gaze on your model longer.

I'll start with the fact that when choosing a frame for a photo ... (YES, for myself I realized that there is nothing better, for you they have already cut the corners and made it almost perfectly flat) I go to the store already with the ideas that I want to implement (it is already in head) select the desired size (height, width)

In order to raise the edges of the stand, I use ready-made wooden sheets of the Midwest company (Photo 2) it is a pleasure to work, we cut the required sizes with a collet knife and attach it to the frame with super glue (Photo 3), wait for it to dry completely and begin to shape the stand with the same knife and emery. (Photo 4-5) we smooth out all the inaccuracies that could appear during the work with sandpaper.

Next, we cut penoplex to size, a convenient and lightweight material for work, I attach everything to Gorilla glue, an excellent adhesion for this material (Photo 6) We also level and prepare the surface for further work with putty with a sandpaper and a stationery knife (I use a ready-made one in a jar) Photo 7

We put putty on the entire section of the finished base, close all the voids so that there are no air chambers and begin to lay out the initial drawing of the composition ... I will use a lot of things on this stand, but the basic layout is stones found on the road😁sea salt, a piece of an interesting log))) Photo 8-9-10
Then we postpone everything until it dries completely and wait for the continuation of the article)

DreamEx has announced the "TMNT Mecha Model Kits" line of prefabricated models!
Mechanical movable teenage mutant ninja turtles will / consist or have parts / of aluminum alloy.
This line of prefab models is licensed from Nickelodeon.
So far, only concepts for the legendary 4 are available.
The models will be on display at Tencent QQ Chaowan at the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen.
