✨Product Drop✨
We’re now 1 week into 2022! How’s it treating you so far?? Dropping in to share the second item of the Vantae line 🍂 which is a transparent keychain! I’m so happy with the way these came out and I hope you love them too.

✨Product Drop✨
Happy birthday to our Winter Bear! To celebrate, I created a line of Vantae inspired items. 🥳 I’ve been holding on to these for MONTHS, since this iconic photo of Tae was first released, so I’m really excited to finally be able to share them with you all!
This tote has a slight bucket bag feel and is so roomy, you can use it daily!

A few updates/reminders:
✨The Butter blanket was funded and is now on the way to me!
✨Concert bags are open for pre-order for US buyers on bigcartel. Pre-order slots will close this weekend so don’t miss out!
✨Any remaining orders will be shipped out this weekend.
✨I am taking a break from events for a while so items will only be available online for the time being.
✨I’ll post a full update soon with more details on what’s to come.
✨Also just a kind reminder that small businesses have absolutely no control over how long shipping takes so please don’t be upset with us if items are delayed. There is a shortage of workers at USPS and we are still dealing with covid shipping delays. I’ve even experienced shipping delays on Amazon who has an entire fleet of their own vehicles to deliver their products, so if a major corporation is struggling, then just imagine how us small shops feel.

These will be my last 2 events for this month! At each one I’ll have a new item 👀 Really hoping to see you there! 💜

I will not have any of the clear bags at events unless my shipment magically appears 🥺 I will be doing an update today at 7pm for any that I have left. The newer colors will be slightly higher in price because the materials and shipping were much more expensive this time around 🥺 There aren’t very many left, but I’ll put a countdown in my stories.

Once again thank you SO much to those who pre-ordered and were so understanding about this whole ordeal and those of you who just gave me the encouragement I needed to keep moving forward 💜

✨Bag Update✨
So this last bag order has been a very difficult process. Manufacturing took a lot longer because of material shortages, the manufacturer being slammed with orders and covid. But they were made! And they were shipped to me and I was so excited. I bought more freebies than usual to show my appreciation to all of you who had preordered.
But then I found myself facing another obstacle. I only received one box of bags (some of the tan and red) and the box of custom packaging for these bags.
I waited a while because shipping has been extremely delayed for everyone, but nothing arrived.
Well. After multiple calls to UPS it turns out that those bags WERE delivered.
But not to me.
For some reason they were delivered to a local Amazon distribution center.
I’ve had multiple conversations with my manufacturer and they are refusing to help me. UPS won’t help because they say the manufacturer needs to open a claim. So today I went to that Amazon and spent about an hour talking to different people and driving around their GIANT facilities to try and get those packages back.
No one could help me.
I am once again urging my manufacturer to help with this issue. It’s been a nightmare and .persona has been witness to it and my long voice messages of frustration as I try to do everything in my power to sort this out. (Thanks Ashley 💜)
But because concerts are coming up and at this time I have no idea if I’m going to receive those bags or if I’m going to take a HUGE financial loss, those who pre-ordered have been contacted with different options.
I’m so sorry about this everyone. I’m not the type of person to vent all my frustrations publicly but this has been a truly heartbreaking, stressful and difficult situation.
Once I’ve heard back from everyone who has pre-ordered, I’ll take inventory of any bags I have left. Any remaining bags will be listed on Etsy and I’ll post an announcement here when they’re active.

✨Product Update✨
Thank you all so much for your patience with these bags. My manufacturer was SLAMMED and the employees were working as hard as they could to get these bags done. But I’m happy to say that they are now on the way to me.
As I had mentioned in a previous post about these bags, the front pocket was changed to make it easier to get your pins inside. (Something that was suggested by many of you.) And you can now completely open your front pocket and get that insert in with no issues! I hope you guys like that change. 💜
