It has been a challenging week for me and Rocket trying to figure out what is medical, what is a medication side effect, if he's going to improve or if we're running out the clock. He had a pretty good day yesterday despite refusing his food.

2 days ago I was despondent, convinced he was at the end, but I'm feeling slightly more optimistic today. I'm still not sure. We have a follow tomorrow to check his kidney values and hopefully know a bit more about his trajectory.

A day later his blood work was way better.
The next, still in hospital, he started seizing.

He seized a second time in my arms while I was visiting.
Going on to day 3 in hospital with normal blood work and a new, unexpected, neurological emergency.

One of the reasons we moved was so my disabled dogs could have more agency to choose where they spend their time. Without stairs or obstacles, Pixel can decide of she would prefer snoozing in a sun beam, resting in the shade or lounging in a bed. (Or whomp at me to fetch her and bring her on the couch)
