Always remember about your health!

Here are some important rules:

✅ provide good lighting at the time of laying out the picture
Natural light is the most ideal. And in the evening and at night (we know that many people like to do IT at night🤗) - with a table lamp.
Never post a picture in a poorly lit room!

✅keep your back straight
Always remember about posture. Take care of your back and don't slouch.
If possible, sit in a high back chair. For comfort, you can put a pillow☺️

✅ shake up
Even from your favorite hobby you need to take a break sometimes. Stand up, shake your arms and legs. Do exercises for your body. Go and get back to work❤️
