🥩 CROWD-FAVORITE BRISKET
Prime beef brisket smoked low & slow for up to 15 hours over oak wood. Bold bark, a beautiful smoke ring, and big BBQ flavor!

🍖 POPULAR SMOKED OXTAIL
Smoked low & slow for up to 5 hours, then braised in our special blend until tender to perfection. Grab a combo or go à-la-carte with ½ LB or 1 LB portions!

🔥 SIGNATURE PULLED LAMB
Domestic lamb shoulder smoked low & slow for up to 10 hours over oak and fruit woods, then pulled for rich, smoky flavor. Enjoy it in a combo, à-la-carte, or piled onto a brioche bun!
