EVER SINCE OUR 1ST TROMPO WE MADE, WE’VE GOTTEN MUCH, MUCH BETTER. I AM PROUD OF OUR TACOS AL PASTOR AL CARBON EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE IN LAS VEGAS. BRING A FRIEND & TELL A FRIEND TO TELL A FRIEND TO TELL A FRIEND TO TELL A FRIEND. VILLA’S TACOS IN THE MF’N BUILDINGGGGGG. SHEEEEEEEEESH!!!🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

I tell my staff in every restaurant, that I don’t ask for much from them, I only ask for a little. A little better today than yesterday & a little better tomorrow than today. A little difference and a little improvement each day, goes a long way. In fact, this has been what has helped me the most to get to where we are today.
I am also a student of the game so I’m constantly looking for ways to improve. In Las Vegas, I needed some more guidance in building our trompo, so I hit up my boy JC (owner of one of my favorite tacos de al pastor) More tacos, less borders!® & that really helped a lot. I also reached out to my taquero hermanos in Mexicó & that also helped a lot.
After playing with different recipes, we came up with a beautiful cilantro cremita exclusively for the tacos al pastor & it was just what that taco was missing. Now, I can proudly say, our tacos al pastor are one of my favorite & best tacos I’ve ever tried & we can’t wait to share them with you all.
I believe we are one of very, very few restaurants in the United States that has this exact wood fired trompo. All our meats are grilled over mesquite so when introducing our newest taco, that also had to be the case. In all our cooking, we don’t take any shortcuts so our tacos al pastor, was to be no exception.
We started off a little bumpy in Las Vegas but the improvements we made in just a couple of weeks has been incredible. We’re not perfect but we just take it day by day & remember our motto. Just a little better today than yesterday & just a little better tomorrow than today.
We’re open in all locations today & we can’t wait to serve you familia. As always, bring the buenas vibras & we’ll take care of the rest.
As always,

ONLY THE BEST FOR THE BEST. NOTHING LESS.💯

THE NICE NEWS REPORTER LADY ASKED ME IF I EVER THOUGHT “VILLA’S TACOS WOULD EVER BLOW UP LIKE THIS?” I ANSWERED TRUTHFULLY IN SAYING THAT I WASN’T GOING TO STOP UNTIL IT DID. EVEN THOUGH IT’S BEEN 8 YEARS SINCE WE SOLD OUR 1ST TACO, I FEEL LIKE THE REAL FUN, IS JUST GETTING STARTED. WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. WE’RE JUST GETTING WARMED UP. MAMA WE MADE IT ON THE LOCAL LAS VEGAS NEWS. THE FIRST OF MANY. VILLA’S TACOS, IN THE MF’N BUILDINGGGGGG. SHEEEESH!!! 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

When you have a burning desire to make something happen, 9.5 times out of 10, you’ll make it happen. When you want something so bad, not even a brick wall or a mountain, can hold you back.
I had a dream of opening a taqueria which I would call “Villa’s Tacos,” serving our immediate & not-so-immediate communities & coming up with our own style of tacos & something we were incredibly proud of. Food is subjective & everyone has their own opinion on their favorites but we were chasing what we would consider our favorite.
I’m proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish these past 8 years & I’m proud of where we’re going. You can visit us here in Los Angeles in 3 locations, you can visit our seafood taco shack in Highland Park that is absolutely FIRE & you can now visit us & try our exclusive tacos al pastor al carbon, in Las Vegas Durango Casino & Resort.
In this life, you just gotta go after it. You either do it or, or you do it. Don’t leave for tomorrow what you can do today. Light that fire on the grill & light that fire inside.
We’re open all weekend & we can’t wait to see you & serve you. As always & forever, bring the buenas vibras & allow us to take care of the rest.
As always & forever,

ONLY THE BEST FOR THE BEST. VTITMFB.🎰🎰🎰

THIS ONE TOOK ME A WHILE TO POST BECAUSE I’VE BEEN SO INCREDIBLY OVERWHELMED WITH THE AMOUNT OF LOVE & SUPPORT WE RECEIVED IN OUR GRAND OPENING OF OUR LAS VEGAS LOCATION . WE HAD FAMILY COME FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY & IT WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT TO SEE. IT TRULY WAS, SUCH A SPECIAL DAY. IF YOU HAVE A DREAM, DON’T EVER GIVE UP ON IT. IT’S CRAZY WHERE A DREAM CAN TAKE YOU. A DREAM, BROUGHT ME HERE, & HERE WE ARE. VILLA’S TACOS, IS IN THE MF’N BUILDINGGGGGG. SHEEEEEEEESH.🎰

Ever since I was a kid, all I wanted to be, was an entrepreneur. I started my first business pulling the weeds of my neighbors when I was just 8 years old. I got paid $5 & a can of Coca Cola. I was the happiest kid because although I was tired & sun burnt, I had $5, & a can of Coca Cola. I knew I had something good going on & that’s where my love for business & helping others, started.
8 years ago, I sold my first taco in the front yard of my Grandma’s house in Highland Park & the rest, as they say, is history. What started off as a dream, turned into reality & Villa’s Tacos was born. I made a promise to myself early on that no matter what, I would keep on going & I would never give up.
I’ve always been a dreamer & I’ve always had big dreams. I’ve also always considered myself one of the hardest worker in the room. I knew to get to where I wanted, I was going to have to grind it out. There was not going to be any substitute for hard work, blood, sweat & tears.
8 years later, after selling that first taco, we’ve just turned a dream into reality & are now serving our Villa’s Tacos in a new state. In a new city. In beautiful Las Vegas. We’re just 1 week in & we’re getting better & better by the day but it’s amazing to see where a dream can take you.
If you have a dream, don’t give up because if I can do it, you can do it too. You just have to believe & buckle up for the ride.
We hope to see you at any of our taquerias in Los Angeles & we hope to have the opportunity of serving you here Durango Casino & Resort.
As always, bring the buenas vibras & let us take care of the rest.
As ALWAYS,

ONLY THE BEST FOR THE BEST.❤️
