As we start the week, we wanted to share a little bit about ourselves for those who don’t know us yet.🍊

Hi! I’m Sarah, a 25-year-beauty-industry veteran who traded concealer development for hand poured candles and thoughtfully curated gifts. I live in Beachwood Canyon with my wife, Liz, and our two dogs, Tiny and Lola. Casa Cara is a marriage of two of my favorite things: unexpected beauty and making people feel loved.

I’m Alison, I spent my career in PR before co-founding Casa Cara. I live in Venice with my wife, also named Liz, son Wilder and two insane French bulldogs, Winslet and Walnut. I care deeply about my son’s future which fuels my interest in public service and social justice, and I find great joy in taking care of others.

We would love to hear from you. Please drop us a line to share your thoughts, any newness you’d like to see from Casa, or to just generally say hello! We’re so happy we’ve found our way to you.

Style Guide: Fall Front Door Edition
1. Choose pumpkins and gourds in varying colors, sizes and shapes - don’t be afraid to venture into greens, whites, bumpy, smooth. and weird....all are welcome :)
2. Use a small tree in planter or monochromatic mum plants in wooden barrel to anchor the display and add height.
3. Place pumpkins and gourds around planter with some sitting upright, some on their sides and some twisted and turned in all directions - ideally it doesn’t look too perfect.
4. Hand a dry wreath (this one is coming to the site soon but if you want one NOW please DM us).
5. Enjoy every time you pull up to your house or down your driveway and take in the beauty you created!
