Before we put makeup (pink titanium and diamanté screw cap) on the Diamond Princess, we first made it a powerhouse of a scissor. Hand crafted in Japan with the finest, hardest, most durable alloys. We keep saying this over and over because the reality is, that most of our scissors do not need sharpening for the first five years if maintained properly which is easy. Check the tension a couple of times a week, a drop of oil (provided) every couple of months and wipe product off with the special cloth (provided) and warm soapy water before you get a build up on your scissors and that’s it! Years of cutting pleasure ✨💫✂️

Want to say WOW with every stroke of your shears ❓

I’m fortunate enough to have been a hairstylist and a barber for over 28 years. I’ve cut with many brands and I sharpen many brands. I also teach cutting… in total I’ve been in this industry for 36 years and one of my job roles is to describe each shear. We make a lot of different shears for all types of cutting, for all levels of stylists and for different hand sizes. I use all of them so that I can get a really good feel in how to describe them. Every time I use the Scorpion my first response is always WOW!
The Scorpion is ridiculously smooth, sharp and powerful all at the same time! It was designed to be the perfect all-round shear… one that does it all and it lives up to expectations with flying colors! The blades are robust so that you can cut the thickest of hair. Dry cut all day long which makes makes it great for cutting extensions. After a blow dry for those finishing touches and even for barbering! Of course you can also wet cut to your hearts desire and It has a really nice fine point at the tip of the blades for detailing. It’ll slide, slice and point cut like a dream and scissor-over-comb like a champion.
The 3D handles are ultra comfortable and the angle of the handles are positioned perfectly to care for your wrist, elbow and shoulder.
The ball bearing screw gives the Scorpion a butter smooth feel and the blade has a sword ridge on it to give it extra strength. Crafted with a high end Japanese alloy, the blades will remain sharp for prolonged periods which again, makes it ideal for cutting extensions because of the way extensions are coloured - typically with fabric dyes and because they’re pretty much mostly/always cut dry.
The texturizer is ideal for blending seamless layers, softening perimeters and reducing weight. They effortlessly glide through the hair whether it’s wet or dry which makes this the perfect set!
