🔥SHRIMP BOIL RAMEN🔥
I made this a while back, but this time I wanted to do it as a dry ramen. You still get the delicious noodles, but with bold, concentrated flavors and no broth to sip.
• I was actually planning to stop doing shrimp boils completely after last Sunday. The price of the ingredients I use keeps going up, and I don’t feel comfortable charging people more for it either. On top of that, the labor behind making a massive batch is no joke.
I’m trying to find ways to make it more cost effective for both me and you all so I can keep it on the menu more often. That’s why I’m thinking about doing it in a ramen style like this, or possibly a smaller portion plate, instead of the traditional shrimp boil bag.
