Throwing it back to last Saturday evening, when this group of fine folks gathered together to celebrate A16. Thank you WLA outdoor community, for being our customers and our friends for the last 45 years. And to our closing team, who did what had to be done, and then some. We sent a bit more of the heart of A16 home with everyone that night and it sure was bittersweet. ❤️

Day 50. This has been an incredible roller coaster ride. Every twist and turn throwing us through loops of unexpected challenges and changes to the plan. These final few days of selling and auctioning all of our antiques, displays, fixtures and memorabilia has brought with it a unique set of challenges. Some of it really pulling at our heartstrings. This has been our livelihood, a second home and family for many of us. These items hold a lot of energy, stories and sentiment. We are sharing them with you all, parting with so much of it. We hope you will all give it good homes and love it like we have. .

Unique fixtures designed by California artist Bill Porter - available for purchase. Bill Porter was a student and blacksmith of Julian, CA based artist James Hubbell. He designed these fixtures for several of our stores circa mid 1980’s to mid 1990’s. Come see these beauties for yourself. Great for home or shop display.
