Seeing the elephant installation on the Boston Mall inspired me to share my experience with elephants in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the difficult lives of elephants, both in captivity and in the wild. The cute little baby in the second photo was a rascal who nudged me in the river, and my phone flew into the water and was then trampled I've added the clip. Read the article for free on Substack!
