LOT 1177 Two Small But Impeccable Steiff Bears Including a Highly Desirable 50's Bear.

5.5" Tan Mohair Steiff Bear, with chest tag and button in ear, from the 1950s.
7" Beige Mohair Steiff Bear, with chest tag, care tag, brass button and tag in ear. This bear is likely from the late 70s or 80s.
Both bears are articulated and very clean; overall in excellent condition.

LOT 1247 Rare, Magnificent 14K (Stamped 56 Zolotnik) Russian Cigarette Case in Original Leather Presentation Box from Jeweler in Petrograd.

Stunning 14K yellow gold Russian cigarette case in exceptional condition. Embellished with only triple rows of pinstripes on obverse and reverse and accented with a sapphire cabochon on the case's very sturdy latch release, case comes with its original leather case. Inside satin lining is printed "A. Treyden Bijoutier, Petrograd". One of the finest cigarette cases we have ever offered. Consignor purchased from the original owner in 1960s.
Dimensions: 4 x 3". Weight: 180 grams.

LOT 264 Space Shuttle: Packaged Food Items for Space Shuttle Crews During Astronaut Training in the Simulator "Dinner".

Set of three possible snacks foods available for Shuttle crews, in this case during astronaut training in the simulator. Crewmen would be given a tray of food to not only have them understand the time and effort it would take to prepare and eat the food during a particular time of day, but also for the crew to sample various food items and provide feedback.

This lot also demonstrates the three possibilities of packaged food for dinner. The cornbread dressing is dehydrated and would be taken to the gallery to have hot water added, the apple cider powder with cold. The "meatloaf" was thermostabilized and would be put into the convection oven and heated. All three packages have Velcro "dots" affixed to attach to Velcro "piles" on interior walls.
Expiry on foods date between 2009-2011 so do not consume.
