It’s very telling that this Amber Koi was the first piece I picked up after finally booking my flight to Asia as it symbolizes Strength, Perseverance and Courage. Being away from the carvers for so long has been more difficult than I could ever have imagined.
While working on the rebrand for my other venture has been fun/exciting/terrifying-the conflict I’ve felt after every FaceTime, every Happy Holidays text and every new birth has been overwhelming. I know that once I’m there it will feel like no time has passed but the feeling of being on pause has been breaking my soul.
I can’t wait to see we’re going to create together.
