How We Got Started
With a daughter in competitive gymnastics and a son in club soccer, we are always at some tournament where medals, ribbons, and trophies abound. And with family and friends in Water Polo and Running, I've seen the medals pile up. After looking for more options for displaying Medals and finding that the solution was just adding more and more holders, I came up with the idea and
design for a single medal display that can hold multiple medals in various customizable designs, allowing you to change the configuration as you earn more medals -- all in one great-looking display. The design includes a trophy shelf on top. All this, together, let us display each of her gymnastics competition medals, grouped by tournament, and expand as necessary, and still have room to display trophies on top! This was the solution I was looking for, so we did not have to continuously add more and more medal holders on the wall, nor have so many medal all bunched together on a single hook, where you really can't see and enjoy them. With much help from family and brother-in-law Scott at ThirdParallel.com, a new design was born. The design was tested out, then the fun things were added, like backlit, colored, LED lighting, an easy to remove/affix mount for the wall, some custom coloring and lettering. The medal holder was a hit. Now, it is a family business with in-laws helping on production and grandparents filling orders. We expect you'll find the joy in displaying your medals in creative and beautiful ways as much fun and enjoyable as we have.
